The first payment/deposit is non refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing. A 25% charge will be assessed for cancellations received within 60 days of departure. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure for the tour will receive NO refund. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee. There is NO refund once the tour has commenced. No exceptions are made to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended to secure your funds against any issues that can arise.
